1、形式: 因岗位差异极大。管培生/实习生通常为电话面试视频面试;销售/客户经理岗为群面Team Leader单面;技术岗为电话技术面;部分岗位含现场笔试

2、时长: 电话面试约10至30分钟;视频/现场面试约20至45分钟;技术岗约30至40分钟

3、氛围: HR态度普遍nice但问题结构化;销售岗存在压力测试;技术岗面试官温柔但追问深入;部分场次为"温柔的压力面"

面试流程

电话/视频面试流程: 自我介绍(中英文) → 简历深挖 → 行为面试题(STAR法则) → 对花旗/岗位的认知 → 反问环节
技术岗流程: 自我介绍(英文) → 简历项目提问 → 基础技术问题 → 反问环节 → 后续安排确认
特殊说明: 部分岗位面试前需完成现场笔试(15分钟英文数学题+个人信息表+英文论述题)
投行岗(IBD)一面前需完成essay+翻译+case prep(限时1小时)

面试问题

1、英文自我介绍(必考,需准备1分钟和3分钟两个版本)
参考回答: Good morning, I'm [Name], graduating from [University] with a major in [Finance/Computer Science]. During my internship at [Bank/Tech Company], I was responsible for [customer service/software development], which enhanced my [communication/technical] skills and understanding of [financial products/system architecture]. 2、为什么选择花旗?/Why Citi?(高频且核心)
参考回答: I choose Citi for three distinctive reasons. 3、技术岗:SVM的机制跟优缺点 / SQL的primary key跟foreign key / 各种Join(技术一面)
参考回答(SVM): Support Vector Machine is a supervised learning algorithm that finds the optimal hyperplane to separate data points of different classes. The key mechanism is maximizing the margin between the nearest data points of each class (support vectors) and the hyperplane. For non-linearly separable data, SVM uses the kernel trick to map features into higher-dimensional space. Advantages: effective in high-dimensional spaces, memory efficient (only uses support vectors), versatile through different kernel functions. Disadvantages: doesn't perform well with large datasets or noisy data, kernel selection requires expertise.

Foreign key establishes a link between two tables, ensuring referential integrity by matching the primary key in another table. Primary keys are used for entity identification, while foreign keys maintain relationships and enable joins across tables.


4、行为面试:Tell me about your internship and what you learned from it(投行/金融岗高频)
