1、形式: 因岗位和年份差异极大。管培生/实习生通常为视频面试(VI)或HR电话面试;销售/客户经理岗为群面或Team Leader单面;技术岗为HR面+主管面

2、时长: 视频面试约20至30分钟(11道题,每题30秒准备+1.5分钟回答);电话面试约10至20分钟;群面约30至40分钟

3、氛围: HR态度普遍nice,但问题结构化且节奏快;群面存在竞争压力,需积极发言;部分场次为"温柔的压力面",如突然切换语言

面试流程

视频面试(VI)
流程: 网申后收到链接 → 设备测试 → 11道英文行为题(30秒准备,1.5分钟回答,每题之间可自主调节时间)→ 提交
电话/现场面试流程: 自我介绍(中英文) → 简历深挖 → 行为面试题(STAR法则) → 对渣打/岗位的认知 → 反问环节
特殊说明: 部分岗位面试前需完成英语小测试(半小时,测试英文读写能力)
